Fine wine is one of my great passions, and Australian wine in particular makes me proud of my homeland. Mildara Blass is Australia's best producer of premium wines, so naturally I chose them to partner me in Greg Norman Estates. Coonawarra is Australia's greatest red wine region. This narrow strip of Terra Rossa Soil 400 km south-east of Adelaide and only 60 m above sea level has the capacity for producing Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines that are among-the finest in the world.
