Lay's Bistro Gourmet is an imaginative collection of gourmet-style potato chips inspired by the wonderful flavors and casual atmosphere of bistro cafes. We make Lay's Bistro Gourmet in our own way to make them look, taste and crunch a step above ordinary chips! First, our select, sliced potatoes are marinated before cooking for extra crunch and golden color. Then, while they are still warm, we season them in our own two-step process that really lets the gourmet flavors come through.
